  • Warranty will not be covered if torque arms are not installed on your e-bike. Torque arms are essential for securing the rear hub motor wheel in place.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and must be covered by the customer.

Governing Law

  • Our e-bike kits are intended for off-road use only and must not be ridden on public roads unless they comply with local e-bike laws.

  • To comply with Australian regulations, we recommend keeping only the two blue wires connected for pedal assist, limiting speed to 25 km/h.

Battery Safety

  • Do not use a battery or charger if it is damaged or overheating, as this may pose a fire or explosion hazard.

  • We are not liable for any injuries or damage resulting from improper battery use.

  • Do not attempt to open or repair a faulty battery yourself. Contact us, and we will arrange for the manufacturer to inspect and repair it. If you tamper with the battery, we will not cover any further issues.
