Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and must be covered by the customer.

E-bikes must be used in accordance with all applicable Australian laws. Check your local regulations regarding speed limits and road usage.

Our e-bike kits are intended for off-road use only and must not be ridden on public roads unless they comply with local e-bike laws.
To comply with Australian regulations, we recommend keeping only the two blue wires connected for pedal assist, limiting speed to 25 km/h.

Do not use a battery or charger if it is damaged or overheating, as this may pose a fire or explosion hazard.
We are not liable for any injuries or damage resulting from improper battery use.
Do not attempt to open or repair a faulty battery yourself. Contact us, and we will arrange for the manufacturer to inspect and repair it. If you tamper with the battery, we will not cover any further issues.
